Deposits are applied to your service. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless I cancel you (this does not include mandatory cancellations as a result of not adhering to the policy guidelines). PLEASE DO NOT PAY IN FULL ON SITE because in the event you cancel, you will only receive 50% of your refund. Refunds are processed through the site and take 5-7 business days from the day of processing. Deposits do not transfer from month to month (meaning if you cannot reschedule for the same month, or you book in one month, you cannot move the appointment to a following month). NO-SHOWS and any appointments that are not cancelled within 48 hours prior to appointment will be charged the full amount of service.
All booking takes place through the site. This includes initial appointments, reschedules, and cancellations. You have 48 hours before your appointment time to reschedule. YOU MAY ONLY RESCHEDULE ONE TIME and they are not mandatory, but by availability. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule and there are no times available, your deposit will still be nonrefundable, and we cannot make any special accommodations. Unforeseen circumstances do happen, please do not book on special event days or too close special event times. We do not want to disappoint in the event something beyond our control occurs. Hair Policy (No Exceptions)
I do not work over others’ work or with beauty supply store hair.
ONLY HD & TRANSPARENT LACES are accepted and I do not straighten curly hair extensions/units. MUST GET HAIR FROM MY WEBSITE OR I MAY HAVE ON HAND
Your hair must be Ordered from my website week Before Appointment
If you are receiving coloring services, it is by approval only and hair must be received 5 days before your scheduled appointment.
MAINTENANCE are 2-3 weeks after your appointment cornrows must still be in and if possible wig still on your head .
In months I offer packages, please note that all packages must be ordered 10 days in advance of your appointment date, not including Saturday/Sunday/Monday when I’m off.
All closures, frontals, and wigs must be dropped off five days before your scheduled appointment date to be customized, not including Mondays and Sundays. Failure to bring your hair in this time frame will result in additional fees (Please see below). Drop off times are between 10:30 am - 5pm - Tuesday-Friday. There are no drop offs allowed out of these hours.
Please be sure your hair/units are with me prior to drop off and labeled in its original packaging with your name, appointment date, and time on the OUTSIDE of the bag.
Day before late fee $30 and needs to be paid doing drop off .
Same day customization fee is $65 and has to be requested and paid through cash app or Apple Pay before scheduled appointment day
There is a 3-5 days turnaround time per outreach. Please be detailed in your initial messages and include your name, your appointment date and time. Also I DO NOT ANSWER DMS ! The shop is closed on Saturday-Monday.
There are no extra guests allowed in the shop. For the address to drop off is the same address you will be getting your hair done at . The address will be in confirmation email always ! Also after 12pm parking is hard to find so I prefer Uber or Lyft or come 15 mins early to find parking .
Any policy infractions will result in additional fees. Some fees but not all include:
Squeeze-ins: $40+ (Availability will be announced on the site)
Off day appointments: $120+ (Availability will appear on the site)
Late Night Appointments (Between 5:30-9pm): $50 (announcements will be made on the site/email )
