Cancelation Policy

All clients have a 10 minute grace. If you are not in my chair by 10 minute mark your deposit is void it and will no longer count towards your balance. After 15 minutes of being late your appointment will be canceled and you would have to rebook if by any slight chance, I could still take you after being 15 minutes late an additional $30 fee will be then added, which is considered an inconvenience fee *Also squeeze in Please reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance if needed using the confirmation email you would not be able to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. You would have to book a new appointment with a new deposit same-day cancellation will automatically require a $35 charge to the card on file. No exceptions no call no show automatically charge for the full service and will be banned. Please understand and be considerate of others note if you are sick, please reschedule I will not service you.
